Product Structural Design
Complete product structural design according to customer requirements, including but not limited to finger structures, grippers, and various complex curved surfaces, and collaborate with sensor design engineers to complete the overall structural design of flexible thin-film pressure sensors and flexible capacitive/piezoresistive sensors.
Design and Prototyping of Machining Fixtures and Jigs
Complete the design and prototyping of tooling and fixtures for internal R&D, production, and external customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery and sound structural design.
Simulation Tools and Applications
Proficient in technologies related to deformation simulation, mechanical simulation analysis, and thermal simulation.
Reliability-Oriented Structural Optimization
Structural reinforcement and deformation optimization are performed for tests involving bending, repeated compression, high and low temperatures, damp heat, aging, and creep.
Technical Expertise and Team Empowerment
- Establish product structural design specifications, a standard library of laminate configurations, and a materials-structure matching manual.
- Reviewed design proposals from junior engineers, led technical reviews, and overcame challenges related to irregularly shaped, curved, and ultra-thin flexible sensor structures.
Job Requirements
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Design, Materials Forming, Polymer Science, or Mechatronics.
- At least 5 years of experience in structural design.
- Preference will be given to candidates familiar with the structural design of flexible pressure and tactile sensors.
Professional Hard Skills
- Proficient in 3D modeling and 2D drafting; proficient in at least one of SolidWorks, ProE (Creo), or UG; and highly skilled in AutoCAD.
- Proficient in the physical properties of various materials, including metallic materials, film materials, and flexible materials.
- Preference will be given to candidates familiar with the entire processing workflow, including screen printing, coating, hot pressing, lamination, and die-cutting.
- Familiar with material reliability testing standards and able to address issues such as creep, hysteresis, drift, and life degradation at the structural design stage.
Skill Requirements and Bonus Criteria
- Experience in the structural development and mass production of sensors or flexible products from the ground up.

- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in developing flexible tactile, plantar pressure, and wearable pressure sensors, or those familiar with sensor calibration and the design of tooling and fixtures.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the structural design of piezoresistive/capacitive flexible pressure sensors, including thin-film laminate structures, sensing element layout, electrode routing, isolation structures, and support and springback structures.
- Develop structural designs and verify their feasibility based on metrics such as measurement range, sensitivity, linearity, hysteresis, voltage resistance, and bend resistance.
- Responsible for the selection and adaptation of core materials such as PI/PET/TPU substrates, conductive inks, conductive adhesives, dielectric layers, cushioning foam, and encapsulation films.
- Independently complete the design of 2D/3D drawings, laminate structure diagrams, die-cut structure diagrams, and cable routing and terminal connection layouts; generate BOMs, process instructions, assembly specifications, and inspection criteria.
- Work with the process and production teams to monitor the entire manufacturing process—including printing, coating, lamination, hot pressing, die-cutting, curing, and packaging—and perform DFM optimization.
- Responsible for overseeing prototyping and pilot production, coordinating reliability testing, and driving iterative optimization from both structural and material perspectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical design, materials forming, polymer materials, electrical engineering, or mechatronics.
- 2–5 years of experience in structural design of flexible film devices, flexible pressure sensors, and tactile sensors.
- Be familiar with the operating principles of piezoresistive and capacitive flexible pressure sensors, and understand the logic behind thin-film deformation, pressure transmission, and springback structure design.
- Proficient in using software such as CAD, SolidWorks, and Creo; able to independently complete full-page structural designs, array layouts, and die-cutting layouts.
- Be familiar with the physical properties and applicable scenarios of flexible films, conductive materials, and cushioning materials; understand metrics such as linearity, hysteresis, repeatability, creep, temperature drift, and service life.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in developing wearable devices, robotic haptics, plantar pressure sensors, smart cushions, and flexible touch sensors, or those familiar with FPC integration and the design of waterproof and moisture-resistant packaging structures.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop algorithms for multi-dimensional force inference based on deep learning or physics-based models that integrate visual and tactile data.
- Design a data preprocessing and feature extraction workflow, including denoising, filtering, normalization, and feature compression.
- Design a workflow for optical flow computation and optimization.
- Design a CNN model to perform six-dimensional force fitting and segmentation of the pressure area.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Python; experience with QT C++ development is a plus.
- Proficient in the deep learning framework PyTorch; familiar with the principles of CNNs; able to use CNNs for numerical regression and semantic segmentation.
- Be familiar with common filtering algorithms, least-squares fitting, and polynomial fitting methods.
- Proficient in using PyTorch for curve fitting, including but not limited to polynomial fitting and MLPs.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in force sensors and multidimensional force algorithms.

- In line with the company’s overall strategy, identify business opportunities in the automotive sector, develop relationships with key accounts, and sell products such as film pressure distribution testing systems and flexible fabric sensors.
- Develop and follow up with key accounts, understand customer use cases, propose feasible solutions and competitive quotes, and facilitate the signing of orders.
- Coordinate internal resources to address customers’ technical and business issues, and drive the product requirements definition, sample validation, factory audits, small-batch shipments, and mass production ramp-up.

- Based on industry insights and the company’s technical capabilities, develop a 1- to 3-year product line plan for flexible pressure sensors and dynamically adjust the product roadmap.

- Lead product project initiation efforts, organize cross-departmental reviews, track the approval process, and drive project implementation.

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall architectural design and R&D of hardware systems for entity-less data collection, and leading the entire delivery process from prototyping to mass production.
- Led the team in completing sensor selection, circuit design, structural optimization, and firmware development for core hardware such as the UMI gripper-style data acquisition device and the Ego head-mounted data acquisition device.
- Collaborate with the algorithm and software teams to define the hardware interface protocols and synchronization trigger mechanisms for data acquisition, ensuring temporal alignment and stable acquisition of multimodal data.
- Keep abreast of cutting-edge technologies in embodied intelligence data collection, continuously refine hardware solutions, and improve collection efficiency, reproducibility, and data quality.
- Responsible for both system architecture design and team management, and able to work directly on the front lines to guide the development and debugging of key modules.
Job Requirements
- Full-time bachelor’s degree or higher from a 985 or 211 university, in fields such as electronics, automation, mechanical engineering, instrumentation science, computer science, or related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of R&D experience in smart hardware, robotics, or related fields, and at least 2 years of experience managing an R&D team.
- Has extensive experience in the research and development of data acquisition hardware without a physical body, and is familiar with the design and implementation of UMI claw-type data acquisition devices or Ego head-mounted data acquisition devices.
- Proficient in embedded systems; familiar with the selection and integration of IMUs, depth cameras, 6-DOF force sensors, and haptic sensors; skilled in signal conditioning and circuit design for synchronized data acquisition.
- Familiar with SolidWorks, STM32, and FreeRTOS; able to independently perform hardware debugging and troubleshooting.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a background in SLAM technology, experience implementing UMI/Ego projects, or experience in the robotics industry.
