For workpieces hard to grip in a standardized manner, such as fabrics, fragile components and special-shaped parts, MoTe, MoFi and MoVi products deliver real-time feedback of contact force and deformation data, enabling robotic grippers to adjust gripping force dynamically and effectively avoiding workpiece deformation or slippage.
Leveraging the deformation perception capability of MoVi vision-tactile sensors, grippers can conduct preliminary evaluation on workpiece surface conditions during grasping, help detect surface defects including burrs and depressions, and integrate grasping and inspection into one process.
